I am a property professional with 30 years experience in estate management, focusing on commercial, training, educational and residential properties.

For the past ten years I have worked solely with conveyancers’, agents, and private clients within the residential sector.

I am a qualified surveyor accredited to the SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation) Certification Schemes - registered number SAVA001377; and a member of RPSA ( Residential Property Surveyors Association )

I personally undertake Home Condition Surveys (HCSs) for home buyers, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) within a twenty mile radius of Exeter.

I also specialise in listed buildings, thatched properties, and those built using non-traditional methods of construction throughout Devon.

Usually, I can complete an HCS or EPC within two or three working days on acceptance of an instruction, subject to access to the property.

When carrying out a survey or EPC, I am able to produce professional floor plans for inclusion in property details and brochures.

Of course, I hold the necessary professional indemnity and public liability insurances for this type of work; and have been vetted by the statutory authorities, - CRB checks.
